Susan Teichman

Susan Teichman, our founder and CEO, brings to the team extensive experience in various fields.  Susan was an IT team member who developed international trading systems in the financial services industry.  She coordinated special projects at a Fortune 50 company for their international corporate affairs division. She partnered to establish, then managed, a successful small law firm for multilingual clients.  And she worked as a marketing and management consultant for small businesses. Susan volunteers with community organizations, local advisory councils and schools to raise funds and awareness of prevalent social issues affecting our youth, elderly and marginalized people.  

Susan holds a BA in Economics and Communications from New York University, with distinction.  She holds a certification in Financial Management from Cornell University. She attends numerous training programs with industry leaders in market analysis and deal evaluation, creative finance, sandwich leasing, contracting, mold certification, due diligence, property management, contracts and negotiations.

Susan is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society at NYU, National REIA and REIA NYC.  She is currently working on achieving her designation as a Professional Housing Provider.  She is also a former Board Member of Community Board 10, Brooklyn, NY.
